Because this 4.5 Star All-inclusive resort is located minutes from the Cancun International Airport you will start your precious relaxation vacation faster than most travelers. Located in the peaceful southernmost area of the Cancun Hotel Zone at Kilometer 19.5 in north of Sun Palace.
Penthouse 2000
Our one of a kind penthouse includes two bedrooms that will sleep up to 6 people.
While located on the 9th floor of our center tower, you enter this unit through your own private elevator.
Once you enter the penthouse you will experience unforgettable panoramic views of the turquoise Caribbean Ocean.
Living Room
The living room is spacious and features floor to ceiling sliding glass doors and windows facing the ocean that connects you to the unit’s 1st floor private pool. And is the perfect location to enjoy your morning coffee or watch a magnificent Cancun Mexican sunrise over the deep blue Caribbean Sea.
There is plenty of space for family gatherings on the oversized soft white leather sofa.
Dining Room
The dining area has a table that seats up to 6 people.
Kitchen
The kitchen features updated appliances, granite counter tops, full size refrigerator with freezer, and is spacious enough to enjoy each other’s company and prepare your family meals. There is no need to worry about our drinking water, you can quench your thirst with our supply of clean, great tasting water installed on its own filtered water dispenser.
Master Bedroom
The master bedroom features a king size bed that faces the ocean with floor to ceiling windows and flat screen TV with satellite.
The large bathroom has a tiled walk-in shower featuring a touch of luxury to your showering experience with a square rainfall shower head that will invigorate you at the beginning of your day and give you the perfect send off just before bed at night.
Guest Bedroom
The guest bedroom is located on its own floor and has a queen size bed and flat screen TV. Also has private full bathroom with view of the Nichupte Lagoon.
This condo is great for entertaining large groups on the roof with the second private pool and a small indoor wet bar to keep your beverages cool and convenient.
This vacation rental is also equipped with a washer and a dryer and offers complimentary WIFI along with premium air conditioning that is separate from the hotel, giving you more control over your own comfort level.

ÓLEO Cancún Playa® Beach Resort is home to the NUUP Spa Cancún and three restaurants that look out onto the sparkling turquoise waters of the Caribbean Ocean.
Our resort is a gated and secure family resort set on the powder white sand that features pools, spas, sauna, hot tubs, a fitness center with tennis courts and ping pong.
Jogging and bicycle path is directly in front of our entrance and gives you the freedom to access the trails by either going left or right. It is completely safe and has plenty of travelers getting in their exercise. If you go right, our property is less than a mile from Playa Delfina which features the world-famous colorful CANCUN sign.
As guest of ours, you have the option to purchase ÓLEO Cancún Playa® Beach Resort 4.5 Star all-inclusive by the day. This gives you more freedom to explore the local bars and restaurants or choose our private in-home dining.
The all-inclusive prices are under the control of the ÓLEO Cancún Playa® Beach Resort and are subject to change without notice.

Optional All-inclusive
Because the all-inclusive prices are under the control of the ÓLEO Cancún Playa® Beach Resort they are subject to change without notice. So the hours for the all-inclusive full day pass are from 9:00 am – 1:00 am. Breakfast only is offered at $30 US per person from 7;00 am - 11:30 am.
*Adults: $90 US per day
11 and younger $45 per day
Penthouse & rules
You must be 27 years old to rent this unit. Furthermore the maximum occupancy is 6 people. And smoking inside the penthouse is not allowed.
Check-in time 4:00 pm and Check-out time is 11:00 am.
