It is located at the penthouses of the ÓLEO Cancún Playa® All Inclusive Beach Resort. Ocean views will be enjoyed.

Arrival & Airport Transfer
Your transfer will be arranged in advance. Flight details will be shared after booking. Confirmation will be sent by email.
Private Transfer – Standard
Ideal for up to 10 guests. Luggage will be included. Child seats will be requested in advance.
Private Transfer – Large Group
Great for groups. Multiple vans or a mini-coach will be arranged. Timing will be coordinated.
Tip: “Tim’s Ocean Condos at ÓLEO Cancún Playa®” will be used as the destination.
Check-In & Access
Clear instructions will be sent after final payment. Arrival times will be confirmed with the team.
- Standard check-in: 4:00 p.m. Standard check-out: 10:00 a.m.
- Sunday or late arrivals will use a secure lock box. Codes will be provided.
- Wristbands and keys will be issued by our on-site team.
Early check-in or late check-out may be requested. Approval will depend on cleaning schedules.
Resort Access at ÓLEO Cancún Playa®
Resort common areas will be enjoyed under resort rules. Pool, hot tub, loungers, and gym will be available.
All-inclusive services are managed by the resort. Direct billing to rooms is not offered for our vacation rentals.
Day passes may be purchased at resort discretion. Availability will vary by season.
Elevators & Luggage
Important: Elevator weight limits will be respected. Large luggage and coolers should be split between trips.
Bell service may be requested with advance notice. Timing will be coordinated by the on-site team.
House Rules & Fees
- No smoking inside. A cleaning fee may be charged if smoke is detected.
- No parties or unauthorized events. Quiet hours will be respected.
- Registered guests only, unless approved in writing.
- Check-out duties will be simple. Dishes should be rinsed. Trash should be bagged.
- Lost keys or unreturned wristbands may incur a fee.
