ÓLEO Cancún Playa® All Inclusive Resort designed an optional daily rate for those looking to experience their restaurants and beverages while renting with Tim's Ocean Condos.

Tim's Ocean Condos guests already experience all of the 4 star ÓLEO Cancún Playa® amenities including:

• Beach
• Pools with excellent view of the ocean
• Gym equipped with state of the art technology
• Parking area
• Tennis Court
• Garden and the cozy common areas for free.

The ÓLEO Cancún Playa® All Inclusive Package

The ÓLEO Cancún Playa® All Inclusive Daypass is available between the hours of 9:00 am and 10:00 pm and is discounted for Tim's Ocean Condos guest from $170 down to only $95 US dollars per adult.

You can also upgrade your all inclusive daypass to end at 1:00 am and include the unlimited premium bar for an additional $55 US dollars per adult. Click here for the ÓLEO Cancún Playa® Premium Bar Menu.

Furthermore children 3 years to 11 years discounted from $85 down to only $47. And Babies 2 and under are free.

Another great option is trying out their breakfast only. Instead of the full day option, you may choose to enjoy breakfast only during the hours of 9:00 am to 11:30 am for only $35 USD per person.

How do I purchase the ÓLEO Cancún Playa All Inclusive?

Simply fill out this Oleo 2025 All Inclusive Guest Registration print if off and bring it to the ÓLEO Cancún Playa front lobby  or speak with Abdiel and give him the list of your guests who want the all inclusive and what dates they want. Then, he will notify the front reception desk and you will still need to fill out the registration at the desk to be given the discounted rate. You will then receive the Oleo Playa Cancun wrist band to wear for the dates purchased.

Policies and restrictions:

• You must leave an official identification with a photograph (INE OR PASSPORT) as a guarantee.
• The bracelet must be in good condition and at the indicated time be able to return the warranty documents, otherwise the warranty cannot be returned, and additional charges will apply.
• Does not include food service in the room (room service), Premium bar not included,
• Food is consumed in each restaurant (it is not allowed to take food out of restaurants).
• The bracelet is personal and cannot be shared. If we find that you are sharing food and drinks with someone else who is not wearing a bracelet, the contract will be terminated without refund and a fine issued by management
• The day pass does not include a towel card, and the bracelet must be returned the same day.
