Our Story
Tim’s Ocean Condos began in 2003 with beachfront vacation rentals in Cocoa Beach, Florida.
A year later, Tim and his brother Rodney visited Cancun to celebrate Dr. Rod passing his medical boards. During that trip, they fell in love—with the turquoise water, soft white sand, and warm, welcoming people. They knew they had discovered something rare.
They sold everything in Florida and made the leap. What started as a dream became a new chapter in paradise.
Today, Tim and his wife Megan manage Tim’s Ocean Condos together. They’ve built a business rooted in trust, comfort, and real connection with every guest who walks through their doors.

Our Story
When Tim's Ocean Condos was founded in 2003, it started out as vacation rentals on the ocean in Cocoa Beach Florida.
In 2004 Tim and his brother Rodney were celebrating Dr. Rod passing the medical boards in Cancun. This is when they both fell in love with Cancun's tourquoise water, white powdery sand and the people. They new they found something very rare.
They sold everything in Florida — and began building something special here.
Today, Tim and his wife Megan manage the business together. Their approach is based on trust, comfort, and personal connection.
What Makes Us Different
Unlike large platforms or agencies, Tim’s Ocean Condos is a family-run vacation rental company.
Each penthouse is privately owned. Every guest receives personal care from Tim, Megan, or our on-site property manager Abdiel.
Tim and Megan visit Cancun monthly. Abdiel lives in Cancun and is on-site to assist with anything you need.
