Heal Yourself Using Hydrotherapy

Hydrotherapy is the use of water, bubbles, and steam to promote relaxation and heal your body.

The ritual starts by using the sauna and continues while moving between cold, warm, and hot tubs. The circuit's alternating temperatures and varying water pressure will leave you feeling relaxed, renewed, and energized.

Here are a few circuits to try at our NUUP Spa while staying at Tim's Ocean Condos in Cancun.

The first step is the Sauna to open your pores and eliminate your toxins. (10 minutes)

Then further detoxify your body by sweating out toxins in our steam room. This also helps increase your circulation.

Plunge into our private pool. The quick submersion will completely energize your body and stimulate blood flow.

Move to our high-pressure massage shower for at least 2 minutes.

Work your way through our warm tub circuit featuring massage jets that target different areas of your body.

Then rest and hydrate in our relaxation area with cucumber water or a warm cup of tea.
