ÓLEO Cancún Playa® All Inclusive Resort designed an optional daily rate for those looking to experience their restaurants and beverages while renting with Tim's Ocean Condos.

Tim's Ocean Condos guests already experience all of the 4 star ÓLEO Cancún Playa® amenities including:

• Beach
• Pools with excellent view of the ocean
• Gym equipped with state of the art technology
• Parking area
• Tennis Court
• Garden

and the cozy common areas for free.

The ÓLEO Cancún Playa® All Inclusive Package

The ÓLEO Cancún Playa® All Inclusive Package is available between the hours of 9:00 am and 1:00 am and is discounted for Tim's Ocean Condos guest from $120 down to only $90 US dollars per adult for a full day pass.

You can also upgrade your all inclusive package to the unlimited premium bar for an additional $50 US dollars per adult. Click here for the ÓLEO Cancún Playa® Premium Bar Menu.

Furthermore children 11 years and younger are discounted from $60 down to only $45. And Babies 2 and under are free.

Another great option is trying out their breakfast only. Instead of the full day option, you may choose to enjoy breakfast only during the hours of 7:00 am to 11:30 am for only $30 USD per person.

How do I purchase the ÓLEO Cancún Playa All Inclusive?

Simply fill out this Oleo 2024 All Inclusive Guest Registration print if off and bring it to the ÓLEO Cancún Playa front lobby  or speak with Abdiel or Paola and give them the list of your guests who want the all inclusive and what dates they want. Then, they will notify the front reception desk and you will still need to fill out the registration at the desk to be given the discounted rate of $90 US dollars for the full day pass. You will then receive the Oleo Playa Cancun wrist band to wear for the dates purchased.

Leave a copy of your photo ID and a deposit in cash or an open voucher on your credit card of 100% of the purchase.

Your bracelet (wrist band) must be turned back in before 10:30 pm in order to receive your full deposit back.
