Changes 14+ days before departure may keep the rate and reschedule. Later requests are charged in full.

How are weather or mechanical issues handled?

Trips are rebooked at the earliest convenience. Refunds occur only if the Port Captain closes the port.

Are refunds offered for seasickness or light rain?

No. Refunds are not issued for seasickness or less-than-perfect weather.

Can guests bring their own alcohol?

No. All alcohol must be provided onboard. Outside alcohol is not permitted.

When should premium bottle service be booked?

It should be booked at least seven days in advance.

Headcount changes must be made 14 days before the tour. New additions are not accepted afterward.

Are lost items the crew’s responsibility?

Yacht Rental Policies You Should Know

To ensure a smooth experience, please review the following yacht charter policies before booking:

Deposit Requirements
A security deposit is required to confirm all yacht rentals. Your booking is not finalized until the deposit has been received.
Alcohol Policy
All alcoholic beverages must be provided by the yacht charter service. Guests are not permitted to bring their own alcohol onboard.
Premium Services
Bottle service and bar upgrades must be requested at the time of booking. Please reserve these services at least seven days in advance to guarantee availability.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations due to personal inconvenience are refundable if notice is given at least 21 days before the charter.
- Cancellations made after this time are non-refundable.
- Tours are often booked months in advance, so last-minute cancellations are very difficult to rebook.
Change of Departure Date
- Cancellations made 14 days before departure may keep the rate and change the date.
- Cancellations made after this time are not eligible and will be charged in full.
- When rebooking, date availability cannot be guaranteed.
Weather & Mechanical Conditions
- If a charter is cancelled due to weather, mechanical failure, or other uncontrollable reasons, the trip will be rebooked at the earliest convenience.
- The company is not responsible for reimbursing travel, accommodation, or incidental expenses.
- Refunds are only issued if the Port Captain officially closes the port.
Refunds
- No refunds are issued for less-than-perfect weather or seasickness.
- No refunds for shortened trips requested by guests (late arrival, early return, etc.).
- If the vessel condition is unsatisfactory, you must refuse service before departure. Once underway, cancellations or refunds will not be honored.
Lost Items
Guests are responsible for personal belongings. The crew will make every effort to recover lost items, but they cannot be held accountable.
Transportation
Transfer requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Same-day or last-minute requests (within 24 hours) cannot be guaranteed.
Headcount Adjustments
- Headcount changes must be made 14 days before the tour.
- Guests can be removed from the list, but no new additions are accepted after the list is finalized.
Guest Conduct
All guests are expected to behave responsibly during the charter. Unsafe behavior or failure to follow crew instructions may result in early termination of the trip without refund.
